"These people are bottom of the barrel from my experience. The way they said “not my problem” regarding a customers issue and literally hung up, followed by being placed on a forever hold when you call back? I would go literally ANYWHERE else before I ever considered these hacks for insurance."

"Like a good neighbor State Farm is not there hasn’t been for four months, hasn’t tried to actually help , what’s the point of the slogan if your agent doesn’t help your or work with you on your claim."
